1. 14-Day Return Window
You have the right to return Core Prime within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery for a full refund. This is your statutory right under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
2. Condition of Return
2.1 Unopened Products
Unopened, unused, and original-condition Core Prime can be returned within 14 days for a full refund of the product price. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
2.2 Opened Products
Once opened, food supplements cannot be accepted for return due to health and safety regulations. This is standard practice in the food supplement industry and is required to protect public health.
2.3 Damaged or Defective Products
If your Core Prime arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos. We will replace the product or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
3. Return Process
3.1 Step 1: Initiate Return
Contact us within the 14-day window via email at info@vivoyrradiantei.world with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the unopened product and packaging (if claiming defect)
3.2 Step 2: Return Shipping
We will provide you with a return address. Please ship the unopened product to that address using a courier service with tracking. We recommend insured shipping.
3.3 Step 3: Verification & Refund
Once we receive and verify your return:
- We will process your refund within 14 business days
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- If paid cash on delivery, we'll arrange refund by bank transfer or cheque
4. Refund Amount
Your refund will include:
- Product price (AUD $55.99)
- Excludes: Return shipping, original shipping costs (if paid separately)
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned for refund:
- Opened or partially used products
- Products returned after 14 days from delivery
- Damaged products due to customer negligence or misuse
- Products with missing original packaging or seals
6. Exceptions & Special Cases

If you experience an allergic reaction, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Contact us for assistance. We may accept returns of unopened products in related cases.
6.2 Defective Shipment
If your shipment arrives damaged or the wrong product, we will replace it at no cost. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
